Mostly a very good stay. Lots of hot water and the noise level at night was good. However, the heating/AC is set for the entire hotel; no individual thermostats for the rooms. The last 2 nights of my stay were very cold, and my room was very chilly.

The hotel is very comfortable and convenient. My only issue was the breakfast situation. When we checked in we were told there was breakfast for 1500 yen, from 7 to 10 am. Next morning we showed up and the restaurant people were very rude, yell at us to leave and shoved me a paper on my face yelling I needed a voucher. No-one mentioned any vouchers. A large tour checked in and they gave these people preference because they work with a local company, and the rest of us who were there BEFORE didn’t count.
