The room is new and clean. Public bath is available and helps a lot if you had a long tired day. Not far from Otsuka station.

Great location, friendly staff, clean.
Subway station is so close, like 5 mins walk, the area is surrounded by restaurants and cafes. Lawson convenient store 2 minutes walk. We decided on this place because we didn't want a very crowded or famous area and we loved it, night was so quiet, amazing view from the 20th floor, they have convenient laundry service, spa, great breakfast. Great service, very friendly. Check in and check out was very quick and easy. It was very easy to move around on the subway, we loved the location. There was only a minor inconvenience, when we checked in there was a dirty drink bottle probably from the previous occupants, other than that, very clean.

This APA location was great. Staffs were nice. Found a pubic hair on the unused pillow case. Terrified.

Hot springs on the top floor is always nice and very unique and fantastic service of APA hotel offers. It was nicely quiet even this hotel is in the center of Tokyo. The hotel supplies everything what we need in the room.

The hotel is very well maintained and clean, being a few minutes walk from JR Yamanote Otsuka Station. The view was amazing, with efficient and helpful staff and well stocked rooms. Our room was small, which worked for us, though may be inconvenient for more than two people. Another downside was the central heating in the hotel, that meant our room was always very hot.
