Only my mother could have given me better treatment. Just keep in mind that the only thing thays easy to access here is the subway, but it takes 1-3 train/bus transfers to go anywhere else in the city!

Shuttle does not run to airport after 11am. We were told the locker room would be available for use before our flight to freshen up and change, but they did not tell us we would need a physical suica card to enter so we were not allowed to use.

Room was very clean and had everything we needed. It was a good size and allowed access to both sides of the bed! The staff at the hotel were excellent and the airport transfer service was right on time.

Good: clean, comfortable, interesting airport theme. Wonderful roof observation deck! Not so good: slow, cumbersome checkin. Attempt to automate results in more staff help need, more work for incoming guests.

Excellent location, only one monorail stop from Haneda Terminal 3. Definitely worth the ticket and short ride. Well appointed, great amenities. Will stay there the next time at Haneda.
