The hotel was close to a lot of shops and the train station. We preferred to be a bit further away from the busy Tokyo area. The staff were great, especially the front desk lady who helped me contact the police to arrange for an item that I had lost to be returned to me. I had a great experience and I would stay at this hotel if I ever go to Tokyo again in the future.

Room design is outdated which looks different from the photo showed in Expedia. Carpet looks not very clean (they should change the carpet). Hot water bottle is old with stains inside. No coffee provided inside the room.Therefore, I feel the hotel is not up to my standard. I will try to avoid booking any Hotel Mystays in future.

Stayed here for less than 24 hrs, as easy access to the Airport. Room a good size, comfortable bed. The good point was the free shuttle to the Airport at 5.00 am in the morning!

This hotel is like the Motel 6 of Japan. 1: Worst service, had to go downstairs to get an iron, towels etc. 2:The “a/c” in the room kept turning on automatically which made the room so hot it was nearly unbearable…. But you could go downstairs and RENT a fan because they knew the heaters are a problem. 3:Oh! And one side of the bed was full of dust and dirt and the carpet was torn up. Disappointing. Only upside was the free airport shuttle.

This is the second time I have used this hotel. It is a good hotel clean. Front desk is polite. Very convenient to the Omori train station in Ota City. A Lawton convenient store right across the street is wonderful.
