Not helpful and bad smell

We found the staff unhelpful. They would not help us find a solution to get me to the airport with my large bag during off peak hours. The staff at the Uneo information desk were the ones who helped us. The room had a bad smell like sewer smell/stale dirty water. I would not stay here again.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating! Helped us out in so many ways, especially when we had to transport our luggage to Kyoto. Would definitely recommend to first time visitors or regular Japan goers!

The staff always went above and beyond to ensure your comfort, safety and satisfaction. The whole facility is spotless, the beds so comfortable and the quality of the pillows ensure an incredible nights sleep. The location of the hotel is perfect, it allowed for us to step out into Tokyo and experience it safely without much effort,

Nice hotel

Good and clean hotel. Small as per Japanese standard. Will be good to have some shelves to store items. Service is generally alright but not exceptional. Location is a bit far to the train station about 10 mins walk but you can treat is as an exercise.

The property outside looks nice. Though I arrived a few minutes early before check in was told room was not ready. Made to wait after check in time. The hotel room was small. No proper ac only heating. Was told hotels in this district only have heaters due to winter. The room had no window was very stuffy. Shuttle service is wonky. You have to check out extra early because shuttle is not guaranteed or available consistently. Only a few time slots and if you miss it there will be no other opportunity. A bit stressful for a family with little ones. Room is very dated and our shower had some mildew/ mold.

Matta Ne Japan!

The Hotel Location was the best part. A 5 minute walk to Omori Station. 2 stops to Shinagawa Station and then a transfer to the Yamamote Line to Shibuya and to all Hit spots like Shinjuku, Harajuku. Also to Yokohama which is a straight shot taking Keikyu Line. The room was a tad small but it worked for us. Location is key. We were happy with our stay, clean sheets everytime we get our rooms cleaned. Staff is amazing!

Helpful staff

Morning front desk staff was very helpful. We shipped out luggage via black cat, and he helped us fill out the paperwork since we weren’t sure how.
