I don't know how the other properties in Tokyo are, but compared North American standard, I find the property overpriced considering the rooms and amenities it has. I won't say it was a bad stay, but compared to the price I paid, I will consider it as a very average hotel.

Bigger sized room compared to the rest of the hotels we stayed during our trip. Convenient walkable location to train station and convenience stores. Airport shuttle is an awesome perk so you don’t have to worry about transportation to the airport!

Not at all worth the money and 4 star hotel is just exageration. I paid almost 500 dollrs for a room for 3 days so i expect a little courtesy from the staff. No greetings or any signs of customer service. Same facilities u would get in a 2 or 3 star. Amenities not restocked. Small rooms with beds stocked inside to make more money. Cant even walk properly without hitting the beds. The tv is not a smart tv and only has local channels. A basic motel in US would be even better than this.

Nice hotel for when you leave Japan

Highlights of this hotel were the airport shuttle which was parked right in front of the hotel and took us straight to haneda airport. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Rooms were clean. Pajamas had a stain so we didn’t wear them. It wasn’t a big deal for us. AC kept our room cold. Comfortable and convenient stay especially for the last leg of our trip.

Close to the airport we flew into. We liked the location as the neighborhood was easy to navigate/getting to the train station into central Tokyo was easy enough. The ramen place across the street was dank, reserve in advance
