Hello, I am writing to dispute the refund amount issued for my Tokyo hotel reservation. Reservation details: Total booking amount: $1,208.22 Stay length: 4 nights, 2 rooms Actual stay: 1 night only After contacting your support team, I was informed that: The second night would incur only a 20% charge The third and fourth nights would be fully refunded Based on this policy, I expected a refund of approximately $845.77. However, I have only received $421.06, which does not align with what was communicated to me. Please provide a detailed breakdown of how the $421.06 refund was calculated, or issue the remaining balance owed according to the stated cancellation terms. Clean hotel with friendly staff in a great location! Convenience store next door, laundry on site that was easy to use (but don't expect the dryer to dry completely), nice free toiletries. Very happy with room layout. It was small compared to US hotel rooms but efficient and worked perfect for us. We had a double bed and it was compfortable, he is over 6 feet and we are both currently over 200 pounds, so the pajamas provided didn't fit us, but we didn't expect them to. We would stay again, no complaints!

The location is super convenient to Akasaka Station (2 blocks away), close to lots of businesses (bars/eateries), and the combini right next door was super helpful. Rooms are a tad on the small size. The laundry machine is combination washer/dryer, and does not have separate cycles.

The staff were very friendly upon arrival. The hotel was clean, and close to lots of rail lines and good restaurants. And a 7-11 right next door. The room had a fridge, kettle, blow dryer, lots of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. In the lobby was coffee and tea for free plus chocolates and crackers for free. Also a whole shelf of free items you may need during your stay from toothbrush to razors to a moisturizing face mask. Laundry is 800 yen for a wash and dry, then 100 yen for 20 more mins of drying if you need it. Small loads works better. There is happy hour every night with free wine, ramen and shaved ice. And karaoke in Thursdays. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Was an amazing stay close by 7 11 was a god send and staff was very helpful with finding converters and offering some there to borrow. Also was awesome to have a skin care routine on offer for free if you stayed

Lovely staff at this cute hotel near restaurants and train station. Comfy rooms, breakfast in the lobby and tea and coffee available all day. Laundry and drinks machine in lobby as well. Next door to 7-11 for atm and snacks. Nice little cafe in lobby to hang out if you arrive before checkin.
