My family and I stayed at the Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Haneda Airport the night before our departure from Japan. We were able to walk to the airport connected to Terminal 3 of the airport. Also, has access to a mall for last minute gifts for the family. Full bar, restaurants, and easy checkin. Even though check in time is 3pm. The hotel will hold your luggage (6 pieces of luggage).

Not great - just functional

This is a mass processing place. Rooms are very small, service is not personalized but people are professional. Any additional time past checkout time is immediately charged. Luggage storage service is nice. Rooms are 3-4 stars. They have a self-service laundry room with 8 machines, which is great for longer trips.

The hot spring on the roof after a really long flight is a very relaxing experience. Especially if you arrive fairly late at night. Would actually recommend it especially if you plan to take a domestic flight the next morning as you can wake up and go and check in ~90 minutes before your flight without having to wake up super early.
