Clean, spacious room with enough room for five to relax comfortably. The washing machine was fantastic, caught up on our washing in 2 days. Close to everything including LIFE supermarket which was a bonus.

Very nice large room, conveniently located to transit, lots of grocery options nearby. Convenient to tourist sites but not in a touristy part of Asakusa. I would stay here again and would recommend to friends.

Accommodating front desk staff. Room amenities in the room always available at the lobby, you just help yourself with whatever you need. I like the passcode access to ride the elevator. Having the washer/dryer machine in the unit is a plus. Walking distance to train station and Tokyo sky tree and Asakusa area. Restaurant options and convenience/supermarket nearby

Staying at any Koko hotel is great but this one is def one of the better one’s. Lots of great amenities, super clean, friendly staff, and nestled in a great location. Room is a little small but it works. Would def stay here again.
