In short because I wrote a feedback already. Pros: excellent location with shops, bars, restaurants, everything in walking distance, not to forget the station itself. Good wifi Has excellent rooms if you choose the right one, we picked the suite with a kitchen and to our pleasant surprise, a washing machine and auto bath filler. On the cheaper side in price compared to other hotels. Cons: Not all the staff speak fluent English and Japanese. There isn't cable in all the rooms. The business one we had on the second floor for a day had a TV box? Pretty much a huge tablet on the wall with apps. Very narrow walk ways and front desk area. And super small elevator though it's fast.

Room was clean, comfortable, and like a small apartment as it had a kitchen and clothes washing machine. Short walk to the JR train station. Spacious enough for four people.

Absolutely nothing not to like, allowed us to leave our cases there until our flight in the evening. Even let us sit and rest and dry ourselves out even though we had checked out. Would definitely go back there to stay.

The hotel is in a very good location in Akihabara. Its only 2 minutes walk to the train station and the big mall Yodobashi camera. Its close to lots of places to eat and do shopping. The accommodation is basically serviced apartments not really a hotel in the traditional sense. The facilities in the room were good. The only thing to be aware of is that the hotel is right next to the train tracks so you will hear the trains going past.
