Great Tokyo Stay

Convenient location for the baseball stadiums and to get to shibuya and shinjuku. The rooms were small for American standards but the balcony was great and the amenities in the hotel were great.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spotless and well-maintained every single day—coming back after being out was always such a nice feeling. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and check-in/check-out was smooth and effortless. I really appreciated the thoughtful touch of having water bottles replenished daily. The on-site Grove Bakery is not only adorable but also has absolutely delicious treats, definitely worth a stop. The location is also fantastic, just a short walk from a few train stations, which makes it very convenient to get to busier areas of the city. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Highly recommend!

The hotel is very nice, the staff was very helpful, and the location very convenient. The hotel is located directly above the Kokuritsu-kyogijo subway stop. It is also just a 10 minute walk to Sendagaya and Shinanomachi stations. There is a nice grocery store in the Shinanomachi station. It hardly felt like being in a big city as the hotel is located on the edge of the park. The only drawback was the size of the room. We had two carry-on sized suitcases and there was hardly room for them without them blocking the doorway. The shower/bathroom was wonderful and the amenities were replenished daily.

We had an upper level corner balcony room and the views of the city and park were amazing. The room felt luxurious, these are the most comfortable beds we have slept in while in japan and the hotel staff provided 5 star service. We did not try the restaurant however, we loved the fresh bakery items. Also, two station entrances are just steps from the front door of the hotel. One of them has elevators all the way to the platform, incase you have large luggage or concerns with using stairs. We loved our stay here.

The hotel was great! Very close to shibuya; my only complain is the room is just the tiniest bit small. Had a hard time getting around the room with a second person luggage. Otherwise hotel was amazing!
