Nice hotel, small room

Nice hotel in a good location with excellent views and a balcony. Public bath was a bonus. The room was much smaller than expected - no room for luggage and very limited hanging space. The reception area is very small so at check in and checkout times in felt chaotic although the staff were very good.

Really nice hotel! Close to 2 metro stations, appropriately distanced from the hustle and bustle, awesome rooms and really nice staff. The breakfast was also really nice! Highly recommend staying here.

Really great hotel. Our room was a bit smaller than expected but still nice. It was also in a calm area away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to travel around. Would definitely recommend!

Fabulous hotel in a great location!

We had a really wonderful stay at this Mitsui Garden in Tokyo (there are others). It is a fantastic location with public transportation very close and lots to see and do in the neighborhood. We also found the hotel staff to be very friendly, the breakfast was yummy and our room was impeccably cleaned every day. Highly recommend!

Pros: This is a very peaceful hotel. From the moment you walk in it’s all aroma therapy and muted tones. The restaurant food is tasty and the bakery T IMO this hotel seems best suited for business travelers, and families with younger children. There aren’t a ton of late night options in the vicinity and the hotel does not have room service…..plan accordingly. The laundry room turns into a vacation version of hunger games so unless you are dedicated to the task I wouldn’t bank on finding a free machine….if the universe happens to smile upon you and you land one of the 4 machines please plan to dedicate at least 3 hours to the task. It’s a washer/dryer combo with an ~2hr cycle time, but based on my experience you’ll need at least 1-2 add’l dry cycles. The train is right across the street and major connection stations are only a stop or two away.

Super friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are a bit small, but you are in Tokyo and that has to expected. That being said, the lay out of the room was fine. Subway is right next to the hotel. I would stay again on my next trip here
