The location is nice because it’s in the middle of shinjuku, but the area is a little ghetto. Lots of love hotels and girls on the street. I would avoid if you have kids. The double room was insanely tiny, but that was to be expected. If you are sharing the room with someone, make sure you really like them! But for the price and location, it was a good hotel

Very nice hotel. The room was small, but was comfortable for one person. The shower area was not that great. I did request for a room away from the elevator. The one I was in was right next to it. Good thing it was just for a night and fairly quiet. Love the location and convenient to restaurants, stores, transportation, etc. I would stay somewhere else next time.

Very little walking space in room.

Good location for us, taking cruise eight days later. Small room, bed up against one wall. Luggage on floor. Would be nice for hooks and shelves. Taxi to Yokohama pier, 14,000 yen.

Nice place to stay. In the heart of Shinjuku. Great nightclubs and bars around. Good eating options. Rooms were a bit small. Hard to open luggage’s but the area around it made up for the small room.

I want to emphasize the Quiet part. It's in the loud area of Shinjuku and my room was nice and quiet. This hotel provided a safe which my other 2 hotels did not. And the train station is nearby next to the underground shopping center.
