place was in a prime location, super close to ginza-walking distance around 10 mins and close to transportation. the room is a bit small (hard to put a suitcase flat). and some of the rooms smell like toilet

Rooms are inaccurate. I paid extra for room with king bed, upon arrival, I received double bed. After speaking with hotel staff, they said they do not have that room option in their hotel. So where did the extra money I paid for go?

Its simple and it gets you by for a couple of days. As a first time traveller ton I was worried about using the train station. I didnt want to ride the train for 2-3 hours after a long trip. I used it as stopover after long day of travelling then transferred to another hotel after two nights. It has a good location. Its close to Ginza street and has a Family mart right below it. When you exit the hotel walk the alley by it theres alot of restraunts. Keep walking and you can get to Ginza 6. Just dont get the breakfast buffet it wasn’t good.

Clean hotel but location not really in central ginza. 7 mins walk from Shimbashi and 15 mins from Ginza station. Not so much cheaper food option. Overall, typical Tokyo hotel with very small room. Service pretty standard, polite and professional but no personal touch.

Adequate hotel. Just OK. Skip the breakfast. Pretty depressing. I chose the breakfast thinking with low expectatiins, but thinking I could at least get a decent cup of coffee. Worst coffee I can recall - truly embarrassing. As to the breakfast, it was like a rather depressing school canteen with really bad food.

Like other reviewers noted, the rooms are very small, smaller than expectations and also relative to the room pictures (wide angle pics). The rooms on the side of the convenience store can get fairly loud during late hours and early morning. The hotel is kept fairly clean, although the rooms can use updating. The location is great, close to Don Quixote, metro stations (Ginza, Shimbashi, Shiodome), and lots of eateries.

It was okay! Rooms were small but very clean.. the restaurant isn’t that great. We got denied an extra lemon & it’s kinda awkward when you have the amenities infront of the staff since they watch you like a hawk !!! Regardless it was nice (:
