From the moment we arrived, the service was flawless, warm, professional, and genuinely caring. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and attended to every detail with Japanese precision. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views of Tokyo Tower and the city skyline. Waking up to that view each morning felt magical. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and every amenity was top quality from the luxury toiletries to the high-tech hair dryer. The Premier Lounge access was absolutely worth it quiet, elegant, and stocked with delicious food and drinks throughout the day. We also loved the hotel’s location, peaceful and surrounded by greenery in Shiba Park, yet just a short walk to trains and the heart of Tokyo. Breakfast was a highlight, beautifully presented, and full of variety. Every corner of the hotel radiates calm luxury from the lobby to the spa and even the elevator ride up to our room. Room was spacious and quite clean. Check in was quick and all our luggage (including the ones we transferred from Osaka) were delivered to our room within 15 minutes. The view of the Tokyo tower was phenomenal. We can hear people talking as they walked down the hallways, but it was brief and wasn’t too bothersome.
