Unexpectedly large room for two!

Had an excellent stay at the Tokyu Stay! The room was unexpectedly large and had a washing machine and small kitchenette which came in handy. In a quiet area but easily walkable to nearby stations. Clean towels and tidy up provided daily at no extra charge but room was not cleaned/made up daily as with some other hotels.

Spent 5 nights and found the room really convenient for long stays. They have microwave, e-stove, washing machine, along with cooking and dining utensils. The hotel is around 6-7minutes walk from Toei Oedo line so even-though not right at Shinjuku, it was still easy to get around, especially when you don’t need to take JR lines that are more expensive. Had a bit of unpleasant misunderstanding with one of the staff at the end after check out, but the other staff were very helpful and polite. I definitely consider to stay here again for my next Tokyo trip.

A nice little hotel near a park, shrine breakfast places and several subway stops. Its also an easy walk to meiji jingu. The front staff are very helpful. If you are bringing more than two suitcases perhaps book a larger room.

We stayed here for four nights. The staff were courtesy. They dont speak English as much but they do their best to communicate with you. We brought the breakfast meals and glad we did. It was a good option but after 3 days, it was time to try something else.There are many other eating places around like a 7Eleven and a McDonald's next door. Very convenient and affordable. We would definitely come back here. The rooms are small so pack light. The bed was a little hard for us but overall we survived.There is a fridge, microwave and a washer in your room. All great amenities to have. Thank you!!

Great hotel, good location

Great hotel. Good size room with good facilities - fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and smart tv. Fine location in Nishi Shinjuku, a quiet area but plenty of restaurants and convenience stores/bigger supermarkets a very short walk away . Metro stations a short walk and 15 minutes walk into Shinjuku.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel had great amenities and I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. The area was also a great location. Easy access to the trains took us everywhere we needed to go. Would recommend to anyone staying in Tokyo.

A good 10 minute walk from Shinejku station - but apart from that it was excellent. Staff went above and beyond. Very happy with our choice.

Hotel staff were lovely and the location was good, 2-3 minute walk to the subway. The room was sufficient but bathroom could have been cleaner, smelt like a bathroom and not in a good way. We enjoyed the washer/dryer in the room.

The room wads as expected small, but manageable. Booking a hotel room for 3 weeks that has a washing machine was important, but to my surprise there were no clothes dryers. One could be rented for hanging clothes for ¥300 per day. Considering the cost of the room and that a room where people wash clothes they naturally need to dry them (the machine was a dryer too - but I air dry)... then a silly policy like ¥300 per day was a bit cheeky. The room was not very clean and I kept finding long hairs in the room and bathroom. Even after the weekly clean it was still dusty (behind TV, bed headboard etc... Great location an easy 10 minute walk into Shinjuku central - but not sure I would stay again...
