This was our second time at Tokyu Stay Shinjuku. The staff can’t be beat here. The area is incredibly convenient with Shinjuku Sanchome station right outside the front door. The area is perfect as it has all of the convenience of Shinjuku while being just outside the very busy sections.

Shower pressure very good but the overhead rain shower was not extended enough, was too close to the wall I cannot use the shower. I wash bathe using the handheld. Room 1109

This hotel relies to heavily on its convenient location and larger western style rooms. This hotel lacks the Japanese hospitality that we got used to during our stay which was 3 weeks and this was our 8th and last hotel of our trip. We found our front desk checkin person was very short with us, housekeeping only would change towels and garbage for our entire stay upon being requested-which was 4 nights. The part that really got me was we asked for a later check out (by an hour) and then we were told if we wanted an extra hour we would have to pay 50% of one nights stay to do so. One night we accidentally forgot a room key to get back in and front desk staff informed us we would need to pay $20 cash if we didn’t return both keys at check out. There’s too many hotels conveniently located near train stations this isn’t the only one in all of Tokyo so I’d give another hotel a try first before booking here again.

About 8 minutes walk from main train station in Shinjuku. Nice area with lots of dining options. Room itself was smaller than expected. The bathroom had an odd smell but was clean otherwise. Breakfast included was very good and lots of options. Nothing fancy but good for staying in Tokyo.

Good stay in Shinjuku, short walk to main Shinjuku station with direct airport bus and train. Clean, comfortable and tidy, its Tokyo expect small room but 2 people could fit comfortably. Food options surrounding, short walk to heart of entertainment area of Shinjuku. Would stay again, good value hotel.

2nd time here. I would consider getting a bigger room. It was kinda cramped after all of our Japan shopping. Location you can’t beat and it’s been very HOT & HUMID. The washer came in handy!!!
