The staff was very friendly. We were in the area for a dance competition and they let us have an extended check out so we didn’t have to rush out of there in the early morning. The rooms were clean and The beds were comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool.

DO NOT STAY HERE

75%+ of the rooms have serious issues. Broken shower heads, broken tub stoppers, broken TVs, poor housekeeping, HVAC units that do not work properly. The final straw was the fire in the hotel's restaurant on Jan 24th. The owner/operator is not putting one penny into this property. I have stayed here a lot and I have NEVER seen maintenance staff on the property. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Excellent Staff

We had to relocate to 3 different rooms at check-in, and ultimately a 4th room before we checked out, but I cannot say enough about the front desk staff (especially Amaira) and their efforts to get it right for us. We really like this hotel. If you are traveling through on the Ohio Turnpike and need a place to stay this is the hotel. Good value, nice rooms and EXCELLENT staff!
