We booked this property for the out of town officials who help us run the Glass City Regatta and they loved it. The house is beautiful and spacious and everyone loved the private and common spaces. We'll definitely come back if it's available.
Mini family reunion for my sonâs birthday. The house is beautiful and spotless! Beds were very comfortable and everyone enjoyed exploring all the nooks and crannies of this stately Victorian home! Helen was a very gracious and accommodating host.
We, a group of 10 friends including two infants, stayed in Gregory's home while we were in town for a wedding. Gregory is very welcoming! The neighborhood does not allow for more than 10 adults in the home at a time, which is a strict rule. We had asked about squeezing in an 11th adult. The AC units in each room with their own controls were a plus, given the summer heat. The home is a short walk to the Cathedral, which was perfect for Sunday morning. There's also a coffee shop nearby, walking distance. I recommend parking on the street when you first arrive. Because we had multiple cars, one of us was encouraged to park in the driveway, which was very steep and hit the bottom of the car. Fortunately it appears no damage was done, but it was frightening. There is a paper check-in process upon arrival, through which you are to acknowledge the steep driveway, but we didn't receive this paperwork until after we hit the driveway. This didn't take away from our good experience; only something to note for future guests.
Overall, we are very grateful for Gregory's hospitality!
I booked this rental as a place for my club tennis team to stay during a weekend in Toledo. We were greeted with Sammi's smiling face. They were more than accommodating when we had to push breakfast earlier due to a time change at the event we were in Toledo for. There was a huge spread for breakfast and more than enough food for all 10 of us. One of our players even left his water bottle and they cleaned it and sent it to him. Here they think of the little details and put so much care into everything they provide for the guests. A great place to stay if you are looking to stay in Toledo! Will be staying here again if I ever find myself in Toledo again.
We had stayed in multiple states and picked Toledo to leave us able to travel to near by cities/attractions. Oh, how I wished that we had stayed longer. First Toledo has some unique attractions that don't show up on web searches. Second, this inn was quite a nice place to stay. Beautiful and historic neighborhood and the actual home was unique with updated amenities. We checked in rather late, and the most adorable young adult, Sam, greeted us with a smile. The next morning we were then were greeted by the innkeeper, Gregory. Breakfast was coupled with delightful conversation about Toledo and the inn (previously his family home). On our last night we sat and chatted on the porch while watching this active neighborhood. Towels were fluffy, and the bed was very comfortable. Most definitely spend some time in Toledo, and I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you for a lovely end to our vacation.
