Hotel is very nice & staff super friendly. I didn’t like I couldn’t have a drink at the bar near the golf course. Golf members only they said, but it was empty during weekdays

Marcamos a recepción dos veces para pedir que nos dieran el kit de mascotas y la botella de bienvenida y nunca no la dieron. Muy mal servicio. El frigobar y los snacks que supuestamente te dejan en la habitación con costo adicional estaba vacío y al final nos enteramos que debían estar llenos.

Muy lindo lugar, los cuartos están limpios. Aunque tuvimos un poco de calor porque no hay AC y se sentía mucha humedad. Pero en general tuvimos buena experiencia. El staff muy amable siempre. El servicio del restaurante un poco lento.
