Washburn University, the VA Medical Center, state capital offices, the Stormont Vail Health Center, and historic downtown Topeka are a short drive. Tranquility, safety, and memories await.

Beautifully appointed with artwork , impeccable king bed master bedroom with large walk-in closet. Wonderful stay!

We loved the houseits very cute, clean and comfortable. Neighborhood is nice and felt safe. Everything we needed was available, plenty of towels, blankets etc. wifi worked great. It’s decorated nicely and feels homey. Not having to do any particular tasks before leaving was very nice. Would book again.

Convenient Topeka Base

We were in the area for a hunting trip. This house was dog friendly, roomy, comfortable, and clean. We appreciated the very proactive communication from the property manager. We arrived a little early so the door keypad wouldn't accept our code until our official check-in time, but we had Not issue contacting the property manager and getting in. We would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving Week in Topeka!

Coming from Boston with 3 sons and 8 grandchildren in the area, I thought it would be a great idea for us to gather at one house. In research this lovely place came up and we are happy it. It was ideal for us to have a dining table for 8, a basement for the children and the adults could watch all the football we wanted. Great house. Great accommodations!

This house was perfect! We originally had 6 people going, 3 couples, but later needed to add one more couple. Adding them was very easy and for a small cost too. The house was fully functioning and had plenty of room for everyone. We have already started talking about next year!

Great house!

My wife and I came down with our 4 kids (ages 2-4-7-11) and this house was perfect for us! The master bedroom had a giant closet that was big enough for us to put the playpen in for our toddler— and its own bathroom/shower separate from the rest of the house. The kiddos each loved their bedrooms— and we appreciated all bedrooms being upstairs. The home was very spacious and perfectly located!

The home was on a good street and in a nice south Topeka location. It was easy to get to everything and some good food spots close. The bathrooms could have used some TLC but overall it was a good dog friendly house.

Quiet and Well Appointed

Great place! Very very quiet cul-de-sac, with two car garage made me and my car feel safe and right at home. Home is clean and well furnished, with a kitchen stocked with essentials. I very much appreciate the management allowing me to control the thermostat. Sleep was cool and comfortable on mattresses with nice toppers and good bedding. Strongly recommend this spot for families or those seeking a quieter spot.

Unavailable hosts. Stated there was a pool but didn't know where or how to utilize. The property was advertised with a waterfall and peaceful scenery but we never saw it. Continously failed door code leaving us locked out and told where was nothing that could be done until hosts responded. When we did get inside hours had past with our dog inside alone with our belongings. At first the property looked clean,but as I started to cook there were mouse droppings in the kitchen drawers, an open bag of pretzels under the sink.The yard was full of dead tree limbs and grass needed mowed.No way could you use the umbrella for patio table due to dead tree branch. There was debris behind furniture and along the baseboards. The bathroom tubs were dirty with curly hair in them. We were granted a few hours longer to check out but this hardly compensates and along the baseboards.
