Whirlpool and pool great. I booked the room we needed two weeks prior. Got there at 3:30 check-in time was 3:00. First said our room wasn’t ready then at 4:00 said our room wasn’t available do to a stay over. They did not have another room that was comparable to what we needed. Ended up taking what they had. They did not offer any discount or anything. Won’t be back.

Hotel clerk Erica deserves a raise for her wonderful customer service skills. After explaining that another hotel down the road took my money for a room and then booked it to someone else because I didn’t “call ahead to confirm I was still coming” Erica took it upon herself to make sure we were taken care of and accommodated.
