The only thing I was disappointed with was the master bedroom furniture placement. The Queen bed was placed against a wall, not just the head of the bed but also a side. There was no way to get in bed on that side, you have to crawl up from the foot of the bed. I will be more observant in furniture placement when next I reserve [which I will] with them again.

We really liked everything about this place. The apartment was clean and spacious with every amenity the apartment was especially comfortable and inviting would stay here again in a heartbeat if passing through Topeka, people were friendly and worn.

HUGE APARTMENT!!! Very clean!!!! Coffee bar on ground level….across the street from the University…easy parking and extremely affordable!!! What’s not to like?

We had a pleasant stay, plenty of room with all the amenities. Attendent was helpful and very upbeat! Great customer service skills. Just be aware they have no elevator but other than that would highly recommend and will stay again!

We stay here for State wrestling, last 3 years. There is a washer and dryer in rooms. And refrigerator and stove. Its like your own apartment for the trip. Its always very clean and comfortable. Now we will be staying for softball here. This will also be are go to place for Topeka. Its wonderful for families!!(
