THE COVE suite is located at The Taiga Animal Sanctuary with 10 acres of scenic forest trails. Clean & spacious 2200 sq ft 2 bedroom basement unit with 3 queen beds and a pull out couch. Outdoor sauna, hot tub, gated outdoor vegetable garden, fire pits and BBQs our guests can enjoy, along with various trails, seating, dinning tables, lawn games and hammocks to relax in. Enjoy a walk in nature, relax in the hot tub or just hang out with our rescue animals.

Our friendly rescue animals love saying hi to our guests!
Guests are encouraged to interact with them no matter what season! Bring your own yams and bananas cut into small pieces to hand feed them.

We are located close to groceries, restaurants, nature parks, golf courses, ski resort and the famous Upper Canada Mall and ROC recreation centre and famous Tom Taylor Trail

Located on a dead end street surrounded by farm land and forest. You feel like you are in the middle of no where, yet so close to everything you need!

GO Train is 8m drive away.
Tons of parking here on site.

The Taiga is a haven of peace for humans and animals alike. We ask all guests to help preserve this harmony by avoiding loud gatherings and keeping noise to a minimum, ensuring our animals and neighbors remain undisturbed.

*This is a basement unit with stairs to entrance*
*All outdoor amenities are shared. We have 2 other room rentals on the property*
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WHATSOEVER. We have a ring security camera on-site and are able to see if people outside your group comes to the house. This will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with NO refund.
We run on septic. Please only flush toilet paper and NOTHING else. If the septic clogs during your stay, a fee will be assessed to have a plumber come and make repairs.
No smoking inside the unit.

Check-in is anytime after 3PM
Check out by 10AM
Self check-in with lockbox
Please take all shoes off at entry.

NO Excessive guests
NO Mailing Packages to the home.
NO PARTYING of any kind inside or on the property. Violation of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called, termination of your reservation, and the security deposit retained. We must respect the peace of the community! Thank you.

PENALTIES FOR THE FOLLOWING. Held against security deposit and claim will be filed with Airbnb.

**Lost Keys: $50 to rekey
**Late Checkout Past 10am without our consent. $75
**Excessive Guests than reservation. $50 per guest.
**Excessive Cleaning if place is left filthy with trash everywhere. $150
