Other things to note
No Smoking, No Parties, No Illegal Activity
- Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or within 15 ft (5 meters) of the property. A $300 fine will be applied for any violation.
- A Minut noise & air quality sensor is installed; any indication of smoking will automatically trigger a fine.
- Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are not allowed. Violations will result in a $1,000 fine and may lead to removal without refund.
- Illegal drug use, violence, or harboring fugitives is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate cancellation of your stay with no refund.
