l'approximité pour les déplacements, bonne grandeur d'appartement, confortbl Par contre, Lora de notre arrivée la réception n'était pas trop réceptive, come ce nest pas un hotel on se sait pas comment ça marche, le propriétaire et très aimable laisse pas assez de papier de toilette ni de Klennex la télévision n est pas faicile à comprendre pour le fonctionnement

Property is in poor repair. First time we went to close the blinds two slats fell down. Opened the cupboards & found more fallen slats in storage. Some cupboards are broken. Dining table chair is broken. Cleaning staff "found" a cigar and said they smelled smoke in the room - I've never smoked a day in my life & my 10 year old doesn't either. But there's the damage deposit gone. No questions about the blinds, chair or cupboards though. Rental agency moved the location for key pick up without telling me.

Your critique regarding the unit condition was reported to the management team and thorough investigation was conducted. Adjustments have been made to improve unit condition. Regarding the security deposit, our cleaning team provides us with a report on unit condition before they start preparing the unit. Ужасный опыт, никому не советую связываться с этой квартирой. Во-первых, квартира грязная, во-вторых в квартире клопы, меня искусали всю. При выселении мы оставили всё в идеальном виде и вынесли мусор, но через неделю нам прислали фото сгоревших кастрюль и сказали это мы их спалили и что депозит останется у них! Это позор! Такого ужасного опыта у нас не было ни в одном городе мира! Так что если не хотите попасть на мошенников, лучше остановитесь в другом месте!

This is the second time I stayed at this property. The location is ideal- close to a lot of attractions, parking nearby, lots of dining options and so on. Checking in is very easy and there is good communication with Globalstay. My only complaint is where we had to pick up our keys. I preferred being able to pick them up at the front desk as opposed to having to walk to a convenience store to pick them up.

Nice property across from convention center with excellent fitness facilities. Did not like picking up key in lockbox in dingy convenience store which was late.
