The condominium building is a 15-minute walk from CN Tower and under a 20-minute walk from YongeDundas Square, making it the best area for business travellers as well as for sightseeing. At the same time, the apartment provides a cozy space to relax after a day filled with new experiences. The unit has every detail carefully thought-out to make you feel at home. There is also a balcony to enjoy the view of downtown Toronto from the 14th floor!

The space
This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home.
Fully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster). Washer and Dryer with supplies. 1 Bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home.

Guest access
-Metro Toronto Convention Centre is a 15-minute walk away.
-There is paid public parking in the building. You need to ask the concierge to clarify prices and availability.
- Union subway and railway station is just a 10-minute walk from the building, which makes it very easy to get around without a car.
-A lot of main attractions such as the CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium and St. Lawrence Market are less than 20-minutes away on foot.
-The Kitchen Table is the closest grocery store, 400m aways. The area also has plenty of restaurants.

Other things to note
-All guests are required to pay a $500 security/damage deposit prior to check-in. The deposit is refunded within 7 days after check-out unless damage, smoking or excessive noise occurs during your stay, in which case damage deposit will not be refunded.
-We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti-fraud measure.
-Please note that you need to be 18 or over in order to check in.
-Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. These are mandatory requirements, if you do not agree to provide this information, we can`t guarantee a refund.
- Pets are allowed in the apartment. If you plan stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pets fee $10 per night for 1 pet.
- We have Travel Crib (for baby 0-18 month) and Bed Rails. $5 per one item per night. Book, please, in advance.

✅Check-in is after 4PM, check-out is before 12PM. Late check-out may be possible but we must be notified well in advance. Your request will be reviewed and accommodated if possible.
✅Pets are allowed in the apartment. If you plan stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pets fee $10 per night for 1 pet
✅The property is not a hotel. The security desk and the concierge neither support guests nor provide any information related to your reservation.
✅ Please provide us with a photo of valid your ID: international passport, driver’s license, permanent resident card and a photo of yourself with the ID (a selfie with the ID). Please note that for our foreign guests we require a passport as an ID.

* NO PARTY POLICY The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door ONLY and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level to avoid any type of parties. We have the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests will exceed the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance.
** NO SMOKING POLICY The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and we will discover the smell of any type of smoke, Globalstay has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you:
