Check in was simple, room was clean and well organized when we arrived. Lobby hallways and elevators were clean. Breakfast was good warm and they had different options the waiters were very attentive to our needs checking in often to ensure we were ok. Great stay. Great staff.

The room was spotless and clean except the secondday they changed the towels but didnt bleavevus any any face cloths .but everything else was clean. Didnt get to see the swimming pool as it was closed when we arrived and the next day we went in for surgery so was in no shape to do much. .but we relaxed in the room afterwards and recuperated enough to enjoy a fine meal at their restaurant the Thirty -food was excellent large portion. Everything was. Good and great service too I highly recommend this hotel and trstaur4.its the cleanest weve been in and. Sister.was a housekeeper for a large hotel chain and she was very impressed ..so thanks to all the staff for a great stay and great service. S.Letourneau

this is a great downtown location with walkable access to explore the city of toronto. the staff are excellent. the breakfast is hearty. the property is quite dated and not fancy but certainly adequate for any downtown adventures.

The hotel was nice, staff was very kind . The rooms were very small for the cost and when we checked they told us they would be shutting down the water at 10pm for 5 hours - we had gone out and came back after 10 and couldn’t use the water - not convenient at all, you spend money to stay in a hotel and then can’t have access to water
