Was not a pleasant stay. Upon finding baby cockroaches in the bathroom, we didn't want to finish out our stay. Hotel wanted to go give us a different room, which was somewhat of an upgrade to where we were, but no thanks. Travelocity was more than helpful in resolving the issue for us. Kudos to them.

Hotel is old and needs work but everything was as we needed it. The morning breakfast was good and the coffee was flowing. Close to the airport and lots of shopping within 15 min. Easy on off access to 401. Been here many times with my family.

This is not near the airport - shuttle was confusing - too many shuttles, poor signage on vehicles, operator could not speak English, so no clues there. Rooms are lacking repairs. Obviously beat up. 1st room had smoke detector open and hanging down. Something slimy (like spit?) in the bath tub. Room next to me was so noisy that by midnight I had to pack up and ask to be moved. I do not recommend this hotel when there are so many others in the area at the same price point to choose.

If you are looking for a value play, this Quality Inn is clean, safe, convenient and affordable enough to meet expectations. The breakfast is quite good too, which makes the choice well worth the money.
