Overall, the stay was great. Location and access to what Toronto has to offer was terrific. Parking was not a problem. We had a good time and the use of the property was very good.

Worst Stay Ever – Unsafe, Dirty, and a Total Nightmare “ RivetStays condos “ Do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay here. This condo we had with is filthy, run-down, and unsafe. The furniture is broken and beat-up, the air conditioning barely works, and the place feels neglected from top to bottom. The biggest issue? The door lock was broken, and I ended up TRAPPED inside the condo. That is an unacceptable and dangerous situation, I had to threaten to call the fire department but it took them 40 min to send someone to open the condo . To make it worse, the so-called “cleaners” had left the front door wide open when they decided to show up and clean the dirt in the condo . Between the lack of security, the dirt, and the broken amenities, this unit is a complete nightmare. This is hands down one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. Unsafe, dirty, and unlivable — avoid this place at all costs.

Comfortable bed, very responsive staff. However, unit looked absolutely nothing like the pictures, and it was a cramped and awkward space. The door to the bedroom didn't close fully. Laundry & towels left in dryer, dishes left in dishwasher on arrival. Unclear if dishes were clean or dirty.

Great location and for the cost it was awesome! Would definitely stay again. The reason I have it 4 stars and not 5 is because there were only 2 elevators and one wasn’t working so it took about 20 minutes to go up or down. Also, the rooms cleanliness wasn’t exactly great. The bathtub was a little gross and there were empty beer cans shoved in random places. Nothing concerning but not great. Overall, for the cost and location I would definitely recommend staying here and would book again!

RivetStays - The York Stayed on the 6th floor. Dad+ two teens. Location can’t be beat: two blocks from Union Station. Can be accessed from outside or by using The Path if it’s raining or too hot. Amenities are great for a longer stay. We used the toaster, dish washer and washer/dryer for our 4-day stay. Longos grocery store is just across the street. Apartment itself is a little dated and run down but very clean. Light switches were a little confusing or non functional, stove fan+light non functional. Only had two forks but plenty of knives lol! Sofa bed mattress was very uncomfortable. Staff kindly provided an air mattress. Queen bed was comfortable. We were able to get an earlier check in before 4pm. Key system is efficient but complicated if you arrive before 4pm. Staff was nonetheless accommodating and let us check in an hour earlier. Would stay again in a more modern and functional room. Thanks!

It was a great location, close to many attractions, local hot spots, as well as pick up points for many tours! Unit was clean and provided all the basics. There was quite a bit of noise from the traffic below that couldn't be blocked out by the balcony doors.
