Have a good old family time at our 2 story detached home in Harwood - steps from the Stockyards (walk to shops and breweries).

Featuring 3 bedrooms (1. king bed 2. full and twin bunkbeds 3. nursery with crib) and an office.

The living room and playroom has 3 couches, toys and books and a big flat screen TV. The kitchen is a highlight with a chef sized fridge and freezer, a huge island, and a walk out to the newly finished deck and barbecue. High speed wi-fi, parking on the driveway, laundry.

The space
Old Italian style arches and finishes with big windows that mean you never have to turn the lights on in the day! 2 balconies, a front patio and back porch with private backyard, gorgeous sunsets and no neighbours behind mean it's an outdoor oasis in the city.

Main floor is one huge living room and playroom, a full bathroom, and an open archway from the living room to the chef's kitchen. The kitchen's french doors open out onto the deck with large seating area, green backyard, vegetable garden in summer and parking spot.

Upstairs has a large master bedroom, with a king bed and walk out balcony facing the backyard. The second bedroom has a bunkbed with double on the bottom and single on top, and walk out to a large front balcony. A baby's nursery has a crib, rocking chair and change table and links through to the master. There's also a small office with sit/stand desk, two large monitors (mac and PC), and a reading nook. The large upstairs bathroom with double sinks was renovated in 2024.

The basement includes a small gym with weights up to 50lbs, a bench, a mat and a few other small pieces of exercise equipment, and a shared laundry with our basement tenants.

Other things to note
This is our family home, so there are our family photos up, clothes in the closet, books on the shelves and toys in the living room. Please treat our place like you would your favourite aunt's 😊.

Absolutely no parties - we have a tenant in the basement.
