All our properties are corner suites featuring two bedrooms on opposite ends for maximum privacy, comfortable queen-sized beds, two marble-clad bathrooms with showers including an ensuite with bathtub, dining table, large living room with generous seating, mahogany cabinets and hardwood flooring, ten-foot ceilings throughout, spacious balconies, in-suite washer and dryers, high-speed wireless internet, and home theatre featuring a 75-inch HD television and over 300 channels. Inside the fully-equipped kitchen you’ll find premium dishes, silverware and cookware, as well as high-end appliances including a full-size fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, blender, toaster and coffee maker. The cupboards are stocked with necessities including tea, coffee, and salt/pepper. Also included for your comfort and convenience are premium bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, hair dryers, quality towels and linens, vacuum cleaner with hepa filter, heating & air-conditioning, hypoallergenic linens, iron and ironing board, complimentary laundry and dishwasher detergent as well as cleaning supplies. Also accessible from our property is Toronto's underground PATH walkway, linking 30 kilometers of shopping, services and entertainment. Follow the PATH and you'll reach your downtown destination easily in weatherproof comfort as far south as the Eaton Centre and Union Station.

At Sky Suites, transportation will never be an issue. Toronto’s central subway station is just next door, allowing you to travel anywhere in the city. A four vehicle taxi stand is located right out front, ensuring that you'll never have to wait for a ride day or night. Need to rent a car? We also have an Avis, Enterprise, and Hertz Rent-a-Car nearby. Prefer a bike ride? A bicycle rental kiosk is also located across the street. You can explore the Don Valley Parklands to the east featuring over 10km of bicycle trails through thick, beautiful foliage.

This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, pets permitted.
Room Capacity Policy: Suites have a maximum capacity of four (4) people at any time. This policy is strictly enforced. Suites discovered with more than the maximum capacity of occupants for any length of time will result in immediate termination of the reservation and eviction of all occupants including the registered guest(s). There will be no refund issued for the room.

Guarantee Policy: The registered guest responsible for the room must be at least 25 years of age and must provide a valid credit card in their name along with one (1) piece of matching government issued photo identification at time of check-in.

Non-Smoking Policy: Sky Suites is a non-smoking building. Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund. A charge of $500 will be applied to the room bill of the registered guest for odour removal.

Late Checkout: Check-out time is 11am (11:00). Late check-outs cannot be accommodated unless written permission is provided by Sky Suites. Check-outs past 12pm (12:00) are subject to full rate of an additional night stay.

Special Requests: Housekeeping: $65/visit (24hr notice required). Adult rollaway bed, including pillow and linens: $25/day. Full-size baby crib including linens: $25/day. High-chair: $10/day. Diaper pail: $5/day. All special requests subject to availability and must be specified at the time of booking. All additional fees subject to 13% tax.

Tranquility Policy: Sky Suites takes the safety, comfort, security and overall tranquility of our guests and residents very seriously. We are committed to ensuring that the Sky Suites experience is relaxing and enjoyable for all. In accordance with this objective, Sky Suites has developed the following Tranquility Agreement. To ensure peaceful enjoyment for you and all of our guests and residents, the following is strictly enforced: [1] Only registered guests with key fob will be allowed to enter the building. Under no circumstances will security allow building access to guests entering without scanning a valid key fob. [2] Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest who is deemed to be bringing excessive alcohol onto the property. Alcoholic beverages may not be consumed in the corridors and/or in all public areas. [3] Guest room floors will be quiet after 10pm (22:00). Please be aware of any excessive music, TV volume, loud speaking or any other noise that could disturb your neighbours, and please do not leave your door ajar. In the event that management receives a noise or disturbance complaint(s) from a neighbouring guest or resident against your suite, the following will apply: (a) One (1) warning will be issued to the registered guest(s) for any complaint prior to 10pm. (b) A second complaint, or any complaint received after 10pm (22:00), will result in the immediate eviction of all suite occupants including the registered guest(s). There will be no refund issued for the room.
