Tucked away at the end of the development, this one bedroom, ground floor holiday apartment is light and bright with an outdoor seating area to the front benefitting from lovely panoramic sea views. This apartment is dog friendly.
This 3-Star holiday apartment is always popular as the parking space is adjacent to the flat making coming and going extremely convenient. Inside there is an open-plan layout with a fully fitted kitchen, sofa, and dining set. The kitchen comprises an electric oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, cafetiere and full range of utensils. The living room come complete with an LCD TV with integrated Freeview and DVD player, ideal for those rainy Cornish days. There is a good sized bedroom, furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables with matching lamps, chest of drawers and double wardrobe - perfect for a relaxing in the evening. The bathroom features a shower bath with a power shower, toilet, wash basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and a mirror. Outside is a terrace with a table and seating - perfect for taking in the superb sea views and communal gardens.
The location is truly exceptional. Located moments away from a year-round dog-friendly beach, this apartment is the perfect base for exploring the South Cornwall Coast.
