Inside, the apartment is incredibly spacious and has plenty of space for a couple to unwind and stretch their legs. The open plan living, kitchen and dining area has a leather corner sofa for those relaxing evenings in, and is finished with an electric log-effect fire to keep you cosy during the winter months.There is also a welcoming bedroom with a kingsize bed and a large bathroom with his and hers sinks.



To the front of the apartment you’ll find an enclosed private garden with benches, Torbay palm trees and plenty of lawn space in case you want to bring along your four legged friend. This is ideal for those warmer days where you just want to relax in the sunshine.



Located close to Torquay town centre, you’ll find shops, restaurants and a buzzing nightlife all within walking distance. Torre Abbey Sands is a 10-minute downhill walk away where you’ll be able to hire a kayak or paddle board, or try your hand at miniature golf or boules.

The apartment was excellent with all the mod cons including a washing machine if you really needed it! The hosts, David and Karen, were very welcoming and informative on local services and the complimentary tea, coffee and milk on arrival was a nice touch. The no 12 bus stop was 10 yards from the door so the car never moved all week, it is worth getting a weekly ticket for ÂŁ18. There are sun loungers in addition to the patio set and the garden was a lovely sun trap. The only thing I would mention, and apologies if it is in the advert somewhere, the entrance to the apartment is down a few steps, this wasn't an issue for us though. Thoroughly enjoyed our first staycation in seven years and we would definitely return. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

What a great apartment.

What a great apartment. The garden was great for our dog to roam freely without the worry of him getting out. On site secure parking was another great plus. We were shown to the apartment by both David & Janet who told us about local things to do during our stay, they also said to ask if there was anything else we needed during our stay, we didn’t need to ask for anything, everything had been thought of.

Fab garden apartment

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment as it had the garden and ideal location for exploring Torquay. Plus it had a parking space! Torquay is quite hilly so be aware of this but it’s easy to get around. There was a little confusion when we checked in but they were very nice and made us feel welcome.
