Closing the pool until 10:30am when checkout is at 10, thus depriving aquatic-fancying guests of a morning swim before checking out... Draconian stuff... also the rooms themselves are a bit worn out. Not very good value for money considering the price. The person at reception was unable to give me a quote for a second night stay, and dynamic/surge pricing and charges were obscene considering the poor quality of the rooms and amenities.
