The apartment of 50m2 is in the old fishing district of Baix a Mar in front of the beach, 100m from the RENFE train station, 21km from the Reus Airport and 27km from Port Aventura. It is located on the seashore with sea views and many restaurants, shops and wide parking in the area. The two rooms are composed of a double bed and two single beds, plus a sofa-bed for two in the living room. There is a full bathroom, kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, coffee machine Dolce Gusto, central air conditioning, heating, flat screen TV and wifi throughout the establishment. In the community solarium you will find hammocks. The check-in is done in the same apartment from 4pm to 9pm, but you can arrive at any time with the smartlock code. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation and we will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

Hundestrand/ tollste Aussicht
Leider war die Wohnung nicht sauber und nächsten Tag mussten wir lange auf ein Putzteam warten. Ebenfalls waren viele Sachen kaputt die repariert werden mussten! Auf den Herrn der alles repariert hat haben wir auch gewartet und den ersten Tag somit mit warten verbracht. Leider zog sich das auch noch bis Tag drei oder vier hin ab dann habe ich einfach nicht mehr gewartet und auch nichts mehr gesagt denn von der Agentur kam leider nichts zurück. Ich hatte erwartet ein wenig Geld wieder zu bekommen.
Die Wohnung an sich ist toll. Leider sehr gering ausgestattet was Gläser, Löffel, Messer etc. angeht. Der Ausblick ist einsame spitze. Draußen laufen ganz viele Hunde rum d.h. der Strand ist sehr mit Kot und Hinterlassenschaften bedeckt, das war für die Kinder natürlich nicht so schön. Zum spazieren gehen einsame spitze.
Den Ort würden wir sicherlich noch mal wählen aber dann wahrscheinlich ein anderes Apartment.
Der Sushiladen unten einsame große spitze! Da lohnt sich das Geld und da kann man gerne auch mal zweimal essen gehen!!!!!

Vue magnifique mais état de l'appartement décevant
Très belle vue sur mer.
Toutefois l'état de l'appartement était décevant par rapport aux photos et au prix et mal nettoyé.
