Beautiful holiday home with 2 bedrooms and garden with private swimming pool for rent. Location on the border of Torremolinos and Benalmádena on the Costa del Sol in Andalusia - Southern SpainThis detached 4 person holiday home has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a guest toilet. The house has a private garden with private pool. The holiday home was newly furnished and equipped with a new modern kitchen in 2014. In 2017 a new bathroom was installed and new air conditioners in the living room and bedrooms. In the living room there are 2 comfortable leather sofas and a dining area with four chairs. There is a flat screen TV with international channels as well as a DVD / CD player and there is free WiFi internet. Through the sliding door you reach the partially covered terrace on the south. At the house you can enjoy the private pool and the sun terrace. The house is the ideal accommodation for a wonderful relaxing holiday with your children on the Costa del Sol in southern Spain. The location is perfect, between Benalmadena and Torremolinos and only 800 meters from the extensive sandy beaches and the port of Benalmadena. In Torremolinos and Benalmadena you will find everything you need for an unforgettable holiday. Many shopping streets, a mile-long boulevard with cozy terraces and restaurants. And do not forget the beautiful marina in Benalmadena with many water sports options. The central location makes this holiday home an ideal starting point for trips to Torremolinos and Benalmadena.

The bathroom is completely renovated in 2017 and has a walk-in shower, a wash basin, toilet, bidet and hair dryer. There is a separate guest toilet.

Sunny partly covered south facing terraces with terrace furniture, sun beds and two sun umbrellas.

Great Location!

This was the second time we stayed here. It is a lovely home, close to the action but ticked in a quiet neighbourhood. The house is spotless and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is space for parking. The pool area is a great space for hanging out. We love Casa Regina.

The villa had everything you could wish for. Conveniently located for shops and restaurants. I couldn’t give 5 stars though as we had a few issues with the number of cockroaches. Not pleasant.

A beatiful first family holiday

From start to finish the entire process was seamless. Excellent communication from the host from booking to departure. The stay was exactly as advertised. A beautiful villa in stunning grounds and perfect location from the beach/marina. Our first family holiday with our 3 year old and 16 month old could not have been better. A Torremolinos Gem

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Regina. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood that is just a few minutes walk to the beaches and restaurants of La Carihuela and Benalmadena. The kitchen has everything one needs when staying in for a meal. The beds are comfy, the bathroom is modern with a very good shower and the house feels light and comfortable. The backyard is a beautiful spot to enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. Communication with Sandra, the manager was prompt and always helpful. We look forward to returning.

Wunderschönes Haus in Toplage!

Das wunderschöne Haus ist hochwertig eingerichtet, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, modernes Bad und bequeme Betten. Hervorragend ist der große Pool in einem sehr schönenen, mediterran angelegten Garten. Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit und es gibt in unmittelbarer Nähe 3 große Supermärkte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

The holiday villa is excellent. The garden and pool are beautiful. Everything inside was up to date and clean. Really easy to get around by train or bus. 10 mins walk to beach and loads of shops, etc, and a few minutes to two supermarkets. Loved it!

Nice & confy for 4 pers. Pool is great, 2 times in 10 days cleaned, same as the garden. 2 terraces, 1 by the pool, 1 on the other side by thw kitchen. Clean, easy to find your way around.
