Beach apartment near restaurants and shopping located in the popular Carihuela, Torremolinos.



The apartment complex Castillo Santa Clara is located on the cliff La Roca in Torremolinos with stunning views along the coastline to the beach and the neighbouring towns; Malaga and Benalmadena. The complex has a private elevator from the cliff down to the beach, so you in no time can be on the seafront and the wide sandy beach in Carihuela.



The building also has a large pool area with pool bar, which is open from mid-June to mid-September. The rest of the year, you have to 'settle' with the wide sandy beach in Carihuela.



The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and there is of course a lift. The view from the terrace is stunning both day and night.



The apartment includes; entrance, 1 spacious bedroom for 2 persons with built-in wardrobe and air conditioning. Bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Extra sleep is possible on double sofabed in livingroom.



The kitchen a small but well equipped with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher.



The living room is beautifully furnished with dining table, comfortable couch/sofabed, air conditioning, DVD, flat screen TV with Spanish, French, German and partly English channels.



There is access to the east facing terrace from both the living room and bedroom. The terrace has as mentioned a magnificent view of the Mediterranean, Torremolinos and the coastline to Malaga. The terrace is furnished with a table and two chairs.



The apartment is well located in a quiet area, but at the same time you can in a few minutes go to the beach or walk up to the town centre, restaurants and interesting shops. Torremolinos Train Station is about 8-minute walk (700 meters) from the apartment and runs directly to both the airport and the surrounding cities such as; Malaga, Benalmadena and Fuengirola.



There is also tennis courts for the urbanización which can be used, but please note that an hourly charge must be paid per court.



A really nice apartment that is perfect for a good holiday at any time of the year.
