Great small apartment

This is an absolute find. I stayed for six weeks to work remotely over the winter. PROS: The apartment is 15-20mins door-to-door from the airport, including a short (6min) walk to La Colina station. It's a couple of Euro to get to and from. this makes it easy to have friends over for a weekend. LOVELY owner who was kind and helpful throughout the stay. I really appreciated the personal touch, there were one or two little touches that made me feel welcome. WiFi works well enough for Zoom calls and meetings. I felt like I got a LOT for my money. The view looking east over Malaga was amazing. Mini-supermarket and cafe are in the building; beach, Lidl, Aldi and nice restaurants are well within a 10-15min walk. Town centre is 30min easy walk or one stop on the train. I had a parcel delivered to the front desk, and the concierge was *lovely* CONS: I was on a budget and felt I got a brilliant deal for what I paid. If you're booking this, you'll have to live with: The wind can be noisy (which can't be helped) No balcony I feel lucky I found this great apartment.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Tout était prévu, jusque dans les moindres détails, il ne manquait absolument rien. Apartment with a fantastic wiev

The apartment is well equipped with everything you need. The bed was a bit narrow for two. It was fine to sleep on the sofa too. Martha was quick to respond to questions and always friendly and accommodating.

Estuvimos unos días alojados en este apartamento, muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para tu estancia. Estuvimos 4 personas y estuvimos bien, Cama grande y sofá cama. Pero ideal para dos. Si vamos por la zona repetiremos, los dueños super atentos.

Apartamento perfecto

Estuvimos en el apartamento durante 9 días. Desde antes del viaje, Marga nos proporcionó toda la infromacion necesaria para que estuviesemos bien durante nuestra estancia. Estuvo muy atenta con nosotros desde el primer momento, lo cual agradecemos muchísimo. El apartamento es perfecto. Muy limpio y muy bien equipado,no falta nada.Una gran y tranquila piscina, la cual disfrutamos todos los dias,con agua cristalina y sin demasiado gentio. Estuvimos muy cómodos desde el primer día. Buenas vistas del mar, de la playa, y excelente acceso al paseo y playa.Recomendamos que se aloje aquí para acceder fácilmente a otros lugares a lo largo de la costa,el apartamento está a solo un corto viaje de 6 minutos al aeropuerto, y la parada del tren a unos 300 metros. Sin duda nos gustaría volver a repetir.

Impression mitigée

Bon accueil, par contre nous avions loué pour la piscine mise en avant sur l'annonce et surprise a notre arrivée ,piscine fermée début juin, non précisé lors de la location, regrettable!!!De plus literie a revoir ( matelas creusé, mal de dos assuré), parking fermé, mais jamais de place et machine a café HS .Beaucoup de services sur l'annonce, mais très peu en réalité. A noter bar a tapas en bas de l'immeuble exceptionnel.
