Terrible hot apartment, need air conditioning. Kitchen was good and fridge. We coming, but cleaning was bad. Balcony and floor were dirty, we must cleaning ourself. I am now retired from big travel agent company over 20 years and of course I seen so many countrys ans hotels and apartments. First time for me mr. Trevor agent says, we left apartment dirty. I cant understand, so life is life.
I stayed here as a bit of a stepping stoneâIâm an expat who had just arrived and needed a comfortable place for a couple of weeks before moving into a more permanent apartment. This spot was perfect. The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful, which made the transition so much easier. The space had everything I needed, and I felt totally at ease during my stay. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming temporary home!
This apartment, in my opinion, is in need of modernisation and refurbishment; including (but not limited to) an air-conditioning/heating, wall-mounted, unit in the living area and in the bedroom: propellor ceiling fans and propellor portable fans are not adequate, nor suitable, during the height of summer. The bedroom, in particular, was extremely hot and humid during my stay.
The balcony roller-canopy blind was faulty, as was the lift/elevator in this block.
The whirlpool tub was padlocked closed and, as such, was not accessible.
The location, El Pinillo, is serviced by the C1 Malaga to Fuengirola train line, but is a considerable walk from the beach front-line and there are limited facilities nearby.

Apartment has great views, lovely sunny balcony & terrace, lovely and clean, has everything you require for a self catering holiday. Supermarket across the road, train station ten minute walk away, good bus links also. Excellent communication with both Trevor who gave us lots of information and the agent who looks after the apartment. Would definitely recommend a stay here, excellent value for money
We really enjoyed our 4 week stay here. It was very quiet, certainly more of a residential area than a tourist one. The Dia supermarket next door was very handy, local public transport was excellent.
The apartment itself had everything we needed and the kitchen was well supplied with equipment so we could eat in when we wanted to. The bed was comfortable, the washing machine a real boon, and d communication with Trevor was quick and easy.
Our only negative was the sofa, it was so uncomfortable, but that really was the only thing weâd have changed.
I stayed in Trevor's apartment for one month. It has everything you need for a peaceful holiday. Lovely sunny balcony, close to El Pinillo train station. The bed was comfortable and the area was quiet. I hope I can return again
Wij hadden voor aankomst goed contact met Trevor, met aanwijzingen en informatie. Bij aankomst stond Yohana al klaar met uitleg en de sleutels. Een goed appartement op de bovenste verdieping met als extra een dakterras voor ons alleen. Alles voor een comfortabel verblijf was aanwezig. Alle keukengerei om te kunnen koken. Alle apparatuur werkte perfect. Kleine badkamer met bad en douche. Slaapkamer met een goed bed en meer dan voldoende dekens, lakens etc. Mooi uitzicht op zee en de bergen. Gratis parkeren in de straat. Vlakbij de supermarkt. 10 minuten wandelen naar het strand en de gezellige boulevard. Volop horeca op loopafstand. Kortom een heel fijne plek om vakantie te vieren.
In a good location close to supermarkets and public transport. Nice grounds and pool and quiet for sleeping. Loved the view from the balcony and terrace. Trevor very attentive in his coms. Maybe the apartment could benefit by a little upgrade but we managed fine.
Das Apartment war schön und entsprach voll den Erwartungen
Schöner Pool, saubere Wohnung, schöne Dachterrasse - alles, was man braucht.
Und dazu noch seinen Preis absolut wert. Gleich nebenan ein Supermarkt, der das Ganze noch einfacher macht.

Was advised check in 1 pm. A day before arrival this was amended to 3pm. Arrived on a very hot day at 10 am hung around till check in time.
Was given apartment number. No answer on intercom after several attempts. Turns out we were at wrong entrance. We werenât advised of this until contacting owner.
Managed to get in touch with agent/cleaner, who was still cleaning our apartment. This was 4pm. She said come back at 6 pm. No way we were going to hang around in the heat for another 2 hours. The area was experiencing a heat wave. Weâre coming in, youâll have to clean around us.
Apartment was clean, bedding and towels clean. Could do with a little updating. But comfortable enough.
Plenty of crockery, Cooking utensils, knifes spoons etc.
Apartment, no A C working, only ceiling fans and portable fans. Not good in 40 degree heat 30 at night. Just moves hot air around.
Apartment could have done with a safe, as anyone can access apartment from adjoining apartments via roof terraces.
Pool area very nice. Grounds are well kept .
All in all a pleasant stay, apart from check in hic up.
