O hotel precisa de uma boa reforma, o local do "spa" esta acabado, sujo, com varias coisas quebradas, super descuidado. O hotel tem chaves antigas, nao tem "cartão" de abrir e fechar as portas..as tolhas são velhas, moveis velhos, cafe da manha sem climatização, o buffet demora na reposição, maquinas velhas.. esse nunca mais

Likes: 1. Comfortable bed 2. 3 Nice Jacuzzis 3. Very convenient down town location 2/3 blocks from the beach. Dislikes: 1. Room needs a paint and rust stains in sink. 2. Nickle and dimes you; Charges for parking $30 Reais ( $ 7 dollars )and cannot pay with credit card also charged to use the Jacuzzi $ 10 reais ( $ 3 dollars) per hour. 3. Bathroom really really small. So/so: 1. Staff not to friendly but not overly rude either and failed to give me a receipt. 2. Breakfast has limited hot food choices especially compared to holiday inn and eggs were very waterty. Pastrys, bread,.youtert were all good.

Nice and close to the beach and city centre

Our stay was pleasant after some problems at arrival. We bought a half board rate, but at arrival we were informed by the hotel that they do not offer half board via online booking. After talking to the manager and the reservation centre they kindly agreed to include dinner during our stay, which by the way was an excellent buffet with a variety of dishes every night. Be aware when booking! Another surprise was that the hotel does not have free parking; it is paid and run by a valet parking mostly off-site (in our case the car had to stay outdoors in the sun for the 4 days stay!). The last downside were the two lifts that were always busy and very slow, so be prepared to take the stairs. The spa (Jacuzzis) is also paid and need to be booked 24h or less in advance for a 1hour slot. Apart from that, the food was excellent, staff polite and helpful, location very good and room clean and comfortable (with minibar).

I didn't like it. very much.

It wasn't as good as I spected. The pictures in the Web show a more confortable hotel than it really is. The only thing that I liked was the breakfast, it offers a variety of meals.

O hotel oferece um serviço apenas razoável, uma vez que sua estrutura não condiz com as fotos apresentadas no momento da reserva. O estacionamento não é no local e, embora haja serviço de manobrista, em alguns momentos não é possível retirar o carro de imediato. Isso pode ser conveniente para quem não pretende utilizá-lo durante a estadia, mas é um ponto negativo para quem deseja conhecer os arredores da cidade. O café da manhã deixa a desejar, tanto pela qualidade dos itens oferecidos quanto pela quantidade disponibilizada. A hidromassagem e a piscina também não estavam em condições adequadas de manutenção e limpeza. Compreende-se que, nesta época do ano, a rotatividade de hóspedes seja elevada, o que pode gerar certa lentidão no atendimento. No entanto, em diversos momentos, ficou a impressão de que a equipe não era suficiente para atender à demanda de check-ins e check-outs.

Itens positivos da acomodação: banho, espaço, ar-condicionado, cama. Negativos: box sem suporte para sabonete, xampu etc, sem espelho de corpo inteiro, falta de tomadas, falta de luz e interruptores de cabeceira. LImpeza podia ser melhor. Serviço: sem toalhas de banho na chegada. Tivemos que pedir por 3 vezes. Internet: sofrível, lenta e oscilante Café da manhã : muito bom nos itens quantidade e variedade. Sofrível na qualidade dos ingredientes ( exemplo, não tem manteiga, mas margarina) .Frutas mal escolhidas, verdes, mal descascadas, exceto a melancia ( que sempre acabava).Não tem iougurte natural. Elevadores: dois, num deles falta o display, dificulta o hóspede se orientar. Piscina no rooftop muito pequena. Jacuzzis: paga a parte a não operantes. Chave: convencional , 150 $ de multa se perder. Pode deixar na recepção.Lobby: não refrigerado, quente e abafado. Garagem: 70 vagas para 148 apartamentos. Tal limitação não aparece no site. Não havia vagas para nós na 1a diária e fivemos que estacionar num outro bem mais caro. O hotel dispõe de manobrista. Pelo menos o preço do estacioamento não é abusivo, mas o hóspede precisa ser avisado na reserva que pode não ter vaga. Ponto alto: a localização é muito boa, perto de tudo, inclusive da praia. Cuidado com a vista do quarto: os laterais tem vista para o predio vizinho muito próximo. Se puder, pegue apartamento de frente ou fundos. Resumo: para um hotel 3 * , considero boa escolha mas mesmo assim tem espaçao p melhorar.

Café da manhã muito bom. Ar condicionado mantinha o quarto fresco, porém muito antigo e barulhento, solicitei um ventilador e fui atendida. Na área da piscina podetia ter iluminação, considerando que fica disponível a noite. Poderia ser ofercida jacuzzi e estacionamento inclusos ao invés de pagamentos adicionais.
