Capitol Reef Home with fast wi-fi and washer/dryer
15 minutes from Capital Reef National Park, this 2200 square foot home is the perfect place for your getaway. Located in the sleepy town of Teasdale. It is a 2 story house with a large deck and barbecue to enjoy. You and your guests can enjoy a tranquil vacation with plenty of space to relax. Well stocked kitchen. Quiet nights with dark skies to enjoy the stars.
This property looks like it was renovated. It was a great space, two levels which could be used by two different families. There is a set of washer/dryers both upstairs and down, a full kitchen upstairs and a kitchenette downstairs. There are also two living rooms, one on each floor. It is also fairly close to Capitol Reef. We enjoyed the clean, comfortable space, and especially liked the big dining table and the notebook where travelers can leave a message. It was a well thought out rental and my only complaint would be the tall weeds that blocked the stairway leading to the front door. Overall, we had a great stay here.
We enjoyed our two night stay here with family. We had just about everything we needed. There were a few things that could use a little upgrading. Easy to communicate with host.
A group of 8 adults stayed for 1 night after visiting Capitol Reef National Park. Very comfortable beds, clean, well appointed. We didn't use the kitchen for anything but coffee, but it appeared to be well equipped. I would recommend this cute home.
The house was very clean and had everything we needed! Plenty of soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, dishwasher soap, towels, and linens. Hairdryer and iron were included. We enjoyed the large table to play games. Things that could have been better:Provide tissuesFix blinds (one in master was completely broken)A/C could be a little coolerGet a Water Pik shower massager. Water pressure was good but spray was bad. Put frig in basement especially if it is going to rented as 2 units. Bedrooms could use luggage racks and/or chairs. I wish I would have noticed in the listing pic that you need to climb stairs to enter house at main level or go down stairs to enter basement. It would be difficult to access for elderly. We just had small issue because of all our luggage.
We loved our stay here! The large table was great for playing games and it was super cozy! Easy to communicate with host, they were kind and helpful! Would stay here again!
We have stayed in 4 VRBOâs in Utah this trip, all at premier rated houses but this one just wasnât one. This was a nice place with a comfortable bed and wonderfully decorated. But we were only given one very worn white wash cloth. Luckily there was one more worn one in the apartment downstairs. We stay at VRBOâs so we can cook our own food. The non stick pans were so badly scratched that all but one saucepan was unusable. Dirty kitchen cloths in the drawers. No working batteries in the remote, a note saying 30 pieces missing from the puzzle, a cute retro record player and albums with no needle. And the red rock views are not easily visible from the windows. It was nice, but for the price and what we have gotten at other places, just no longer premier. We noticed no one has signed the guest book but children scribbling for a few years, maybe because of the above? that was
I recently spent some time at this place and highly recommend it to everyone! The space is very spacious, making it incredibly comfortable. The facilities are well-equipped, catering to both leisure and work needs. Additionally, the entire area is kept very clean, which gives a sense of security. Overall, it's an ideal choice, and I would definitely visit again!
We were in town for a wedding, and the location was perfect for where the venue was at. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were dark and cool, everything was great.
6 of us (adult friends) stayed here 4 nights and itâs a great location, close to Capitol Reef Park , quiet, with a nice deck for watching sunrise/sunset/stars.
The property is beautiful with plenty of room for family's to meet up for a weekend getaway. The property had all the needed items in the kitchen, bathroom and elsewhere. Very clean and tidy.
Close to the National Park, which makes it very convenient for those outdoorsy people! I suggest going to the orchard to pick your own apples, have a picnic lunch and then buy homemade pies.
Would definitely stay there again.
What a great setup. We had both the up and downstairs and couldn't have been happier. There were pack and plays on both floors for kids and each floor had a washer and dryer. This was a great option for 6 adults and 4 kids under the age of 8. Torrey was just down the road and Capitol Reef wasn't much further.
It was what we needed after a day on the bikes low key quite neighbor hood neat little town people so nice gave us the history of the town would definitely stay again.
It was very convenient and comfortable. The listing does not convey that there are two separate units. Two of the bedrooms are in the basement and there is a lock to separate the two spaces - I guess they can be rented separately. That was fine for us, but if you had young kids you might not want them so far away from you in the lower bedrooms. Each bed memory foam mattress toppers, and because they are two units - we had two washer/dryers which was convenient for us.
