Casa Alicia - L'Estartit, Torre Vella

The corner house Casa Alicia is quietly located in  area of Solric about 4 km from the beach and centre of the old fishing village of L'Estartit.
 
Casa Alicia is a very well maintained house with a lovely garden with several seating areas.
The house consists of: entrance, living room with dining area, TV with Spanish channels and French doors to the garden. 
Kitchen with all equipment, a bedroom with double bed and bathroom 'en suite' with toilet and shower, bedroom with 2 single beds, a third bedroom with 1 small single bed and second bathroom toilet and shower. From the living room a staircase leads to the mezzanine with a sofa bed.
 
In the backyard, with beautiful views, are several terraces with seating and dining table. There is also a terrace at the front of the house.
The car can be parked on the driveway.
 
Not unimportant: the shared swimming pool is only 50 metres from the house!
 
L'Estartit is a lively seaside resort and is known for its beautiful sandy beach where you can undertake various activities: you can snorkel, dive, windsurf, sunbathe or go for a (full moon) horse ride. The centre of L'Estartit consists of cosy streets with shops, souvenir shops and sunny terraces where you can enjoy an ice cream or a tapa.
To soak up the Spanish atmosphere, you can also opt for medieval villages such as Begur, Peratallada or Pals, all within 20 km.
