The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and is designed with spacious, bright, and practical furnishings throughout.

The living and dining room serves as the heart of the apartment, featuring a television and air conditioning with forced-air heating, and provides direct access to the large terrace. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area, also offering its own exit to the terrace. The first bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from air conditioning and forced-air heating, with an adjoining shower and WC. The second bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating, and opens directly onto the terrace. A separate bath and WC serves as the second bathroom. The large terrace, accessible from multiple rooms, is furnished with terrace furniture and 2 deck chairs, making it an ideal outdoor space for relaxation.
