Civico 96 is an elegant, completely renovated detached house with a private garden in the heart of Toscolano Maderno. It's located in a quiet area away from traffic, yet just a few minutes' walk from the lake and convenient for all amenities.
The recently renovated house is nestled in a large, private, fully fenced garden for exclusive use, offering privacy and security. It also features three uncovered parking spaces in the gated courtyard.
Relax on the sun loungers, sink into the comfortable outdoor sofas, or gather around the large table for an al fresco breakfast, a relaxed lunch, or a dinner under the stars.
The living area is located on the first floor, and its fresh, modern design welcomes you with light and comfort: an elegant living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and three double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for every guest.
The stairs from the garden lead to the large balcony that wraps around the house and leads to the entrance.
Entering through the door with a coded lock, you enter directly into the living area with a large glass table and chairs for six, and three comfortable armchairs facing the television.
The separate kitchen (but not closed by a door) visible from the living area is tastefully furnished with modern furniture and equipped with everything needed for cooking and dining (plates, cutlery, pots and pans, dishes, etc. (NO FOOD OR CONDIMENTS) and the following appliances:
refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, kettle, drip coffee maker, and toaster).
A door leads to the hallway leading to the sleeping area, where there are three double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.
Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobes, a desk, a television, and a safe.
The bathrooms all have a shower, toilet, bidet, sink with mirror, and heated towel rail.
The living area, like all the bedrooms, is equipped with air conditioning via modern fan coils.
You will also find a functional laundry room with a washing machine stocked with detergent, an iron and ironing board, a clothes horse, and an e-bike charging station.
Just minutes from the beaches Equipped with amenities, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets, the area is a tranquil oasis where time seems to slow down. Civico 96 is your lakeside retreat, where nature, style, and freedom blend together.
