Private: terraced garden, swimming pool kidney shaped (seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 20.Oct.). Roofed, parking. Shop 900 m, supermarket 800 m, restaurant, bar, bakery, 2 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 800 m, railway station "Blanes" 15 km, sandy beach "Playa Tossa de Mar" 1.5 km. Golf course 15 km.
