A great stay.

We had a fantatstic family stay at the Mercure hotel Toulouse. We had a very warm welcome in the early hours of the morning by Cedric,who gave my boys French and Spanish lessons while checking in. The room was large and bunk beds perfect for the boys, even my tall teenager. During our stay we enjoyed happy hour at the bar and played pool and table football. Hotel was situated about ten minutes away from the centre but lovely gardens and restaurants next to the hotel. There is a McDonalds right nice door which was handy on the first morning. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Great location - wonderful to have covered and easy parking just for hotel guests. Modern design and clean property! Our stay was short but we had a nice walk down to the river and even rented an electric boat for an easy and fun tour (lescaboteurs).

The bad part was to find the hotel. Hotel.com keeps three hotels with almost the same name. If you have a navigation suggestion, it will direct you to other properties Excellent service and good breakfast.

The AC did not work at all. Hallways smell terrible. The tv did not work. The telephone did not work to call the reception. The bed sofa was missing sheets/blanket. Absolutely terrible. Don’t waste your money here. Finally when we went to the parking they were cleaning the septic tank.. so the goodbye was very stinky. Do not recommend this place!
