Townsend River Villa | Hot Tub with River Access
Watch the Little River from the porch swing of a spacious, thoughtfully designed home with direct water access, a private 10-person hot tub, real game space, and room for up to 10 guests. Fancy Pants blends the calm of a Townsend river setting with polished, distinctive interiors and our signature peacock flair, professionally decorated and built in 2017.
Every one of the approximately 3,000 square feet sits on one easy, step-free interior level facing the water, which is why multi-generational groups keep choosing it for milestone trips, including an 80th birthday celebrated right here. Tubers drift past on summer afternoons, and more than one guest has told us the loudest thing about this place is the river.
SINGLE-LEVEL SPACE FOR FAMILIES AND GROUPS
Fancy Pants sleeps up to 10 across 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a half bath, with every bedroom, bathroom, and primary living area on one level, far easier to navigate than most multi-story mountain homes.

• Bedroom 1: California king
• Bedroom 2: California king
• Bedroom 3: two queens
• Bedroom 4: twin-over-twin bunk room
COMFORT, GAMES, AND GATHERING

RECENT GUEST FEEDBACK
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ July 2026 | Stayed with kids
“The place was amazing. The scenery was incredible, the river was super peaceful. The location was very private and very quiet, even when people were tubing you could barely hear them.”
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ June 2026 | Group Trip
“The house was absolutely stunning. Professionally decorated with high-end amenities! We loved the peacock theme throughout! It is right on the creek. There was pure peace surrounding this place. If you're looking for a place to be able to unplug and still have the ability to stay connected, this is the place. There was so much room to move around, the beds were comfortable, the home was spotless with every thoughtfully placed item you could think of in place for the stay. We were impressed and very thankful for this find. I definitely plan to stay here again for our annual girls trip to go tubing and relax!”
