Unable to confirm booking ls phone weren’t working arrived at property office dirty junky hoarding area walked into room not clean hair in floor rubbish dirt bathroom not clean cracks in tiles and walls everywhere… would never recommend staying there! Didn’t end up staying booked somewhere else

have stayed here several times over the years.will never stay again due to the fact they wanted to charge $20 an hour extra for a early check in fee.could understand a fee if it was early in day but 1pm or 12 noon .outrageous.

The Website photos certainly make the appearance better than it was. There are a lot of rooms, but hardly any with balconies or views. I wouldn’t stay there again, the whole place needs a lot of work and Maintinance.

Very poor experience. Place was dirty, hallways and adjoining room under renovation or gutted. Stained walls and furniture and mould on ceilings in both bedrooms. A roach dropped out of one of the towels when one was opened. Fan and aircon didn't work in the living room nor the dust encrusted exhaust fan in bathroom. We called to report this and no one got back to us. Only positives were the location is on the Strand and the bed was comfortable.

Great location, loved being able to walk across the road to rockpool, shower was a bit small and leaked, place was tidy, tv was a bit small.

The staff accused us of having a pet and charged us with no proof, only returned the money after a day when the property was inspected by a cleaner the manager of the day refused to look and didn't even apologise when we proved we had no pet.

Pool wash dirty, I found a used pillow case on a pillow in the cupboard, I was like someone used it and threw it in the cupboard, the carpet was not vacuumed either. I was a nice night stay, no noise, air con was wonderful !!
