Everything was just lovely, staff, room, facilities. Weather in the region was deplorable but no fault of the establishment, what else would anyone expect travelling in CQ-FNQ at that time of year. We actually were incredibly grateful that we decided to stay there. Didn’t need to venture out in the weather if we didn’t want to as we had everything we wanted where we were.

We only stayed one night, so it's a little hard to review, but the resort has certainly improved since we last stayed many years ago. The Casino was terrible (I'm sorry to say), the swim up bar was lovely but staff need to be up skilled in service and communication/interaction with guests. The staff that greet you out front are wonderful, which makes for a great first impression, keep it up boys. Perhaps when you are paying for deluxe rooms there could be a little inclusion of something, even if it were free bottled water. Ardo's rooftop bar was great.

Fantastic pool and lovely new rooms. Was disappointed by the dinning at Miss Songs - didn’t eat most of the meals. Would not recommend that restaurant but the quarterdeck does a lovely seafood platter
