Staff were very helpful. The food was so good. They have an international touch. Plus the local dishes. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. Very clean. The bathroom modern desined. Daily house keeping. The laundry service was good. Reasonable price. There is a small supermarket close-by. Free shuttle bus to the mall. I rated 4 because the swimming pool is small i wish they consider extra outdoor aminities. The breakfast buffet was not the best. Optiins are very limited. I didnt like the idea of the staff cleaning and arranging the empty dishes infornt of the gueats. There must be back kitchen for such think. It was very noisy and disturbing. Otherwise i liked it. Thank you

First Joy hotel made our stay joyful.

Checking in and out services were very quick. Receptionist spoke both English and Arabic. The breakfast buffet was varied and the food served changed slightly everyday. The staff were friendly and they have separate pool hours for covered women. They also have a children area with activities daily. And they have a shuttle to Forum Mall. Excellent hotel.

We had a peaceful family holiday in a quiet and calm environment surrounded by nature. The cleanliness of the hotel, the friendly staff and the facilities it offers are very successful. The children had fun in the pool and we relaxed in the Turkish bath. In the evenings, we enjoyed the restaurant. Thank you for everything!

AC is system not for each room alone the weather was nice but it was mentioned that room are air conditioned so I was disappointed other were fine the hotel is clean but rooms are very small , breakfast was nice people were very helpful

Trabzondaki bir işim için 1 gece konaklama yaptığım bir tesis oldu. Temizliği ,personel güleryüzü ve ilgisiyle çok memnun kaldım. Trabzon'a tekrar geldiğimde tercih edeceğim bir yer olacaktır. Yeşillikler içinde çok güzel bir manzaraya sahip.

horrible experience...

first they had give us a key to the room , when we enter it was already occupied , it is horrible experience for people in the roomn that someone open a door and step in, other than that , parking area is just outside hotel in the mods , hotel staff were rookies and without any experience acting very confused, breakfast area was very busy uncontrolled and a total chaos, we asked for a spoon to have cerals, they have replied , we are ran out of spoon, we gave up and we went to their coffeee shop to have a coffeee to get a pea
