3 bedroom gorgeous home in Tranekær

This high vacation home is located in the first row to the Langelandsbelt in the smaller vacation home area of Løkkeby, so you have a nice view of the shipping traffic here. There is a beach meadow between the property and the beach, which means that there is no direct access from the property to the beach. There are no solid carpets in the house, but tiled floors. There is underfloor heating in the kitchen and living room. The area is ideal for vacations in any season and there is good fishing off the coast.

In the basement you will find a washing machine and an extra freezer for fish. It is about 2 km to Spodsbjerg Lystfiskersø and 3.7 km to Spodsbjerg. In Spodsbjerg there is a small fine fishing harbor where you can buy fresh fish. Next to it is the beautiful marina with good sailing opportunities. Two ferries run between Spodsbjerg and Tårs.
