Large pool to relax or burn off those extra calories from the delicious local Italian fayre! Stylish lake view living. Modern living room with comfy Ample L shape sofa dining inside or or alfresco. TV with UK Freesat HD & many radio stations such Radio 4. Blu-ray DVD player. Fitted kitchen with all mod cons. Two bathrooms each with shower and WC. Two double bedrooms (one on each floor) plus a twin bedroom. Spiral staircase (not suitable for children, elderly or infirm) leads downstairs to the 2nd double room with spacious living area 2 chairs. Nous avons passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour, la vue Ă©tait parfaite et l'eplacement idĂ©al. Petit problĂšme pour la cuisine qui ne contient pas assez d'assiettes, couverts, verres, poĂȘles etc.. ce qui nous obligeait Ă  faire la vaisselle tout les jours

Vue magnifique, au calme. AccÚs piéton pour prendre le bateau sur lac et pour la villa Balbianello. En famille à 5, c'était juste 4 jours au top.

Lieu trÚs joli et vue magnifique mais météo catastrophique

TrÚs belle vue depuis l'appartement, terrasse agréable. Piscine de résidence. Garage appréciable. Appartement situé sur la route verte qui permet d'aller à pied de village en village, trÚs appréciable. Malheureusement nous avons eu sur cette derniÚre semaine de juillet une météo catastrophique avec 5 jours d'orages et de pluies diluviennes. Du jamais vu dans la région qui a demandé à ce que soit reconnu l'état de catastrophe naturelle. Résultats : trempés tous les jours ou presque et difficile de profiter vraiment de la beauté du site. Dommage car sinon l'endroit est magnifique

Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben alles gefunden, was wir brauchten und uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Auch die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und lĂ€dt zum Entspannen ein. Der Blick auf den Comer See und die Berge ist einzigartig.

Everything was a steep walk away, we came just out of season so pool wasnt ready and some restaurants etc nt all open yet. Local shops are limited, supermarket in como better. Apartment has everything you need although sorting the bins are a pain as there are so many local recycling requirements.

Oh my, what a view!!

Unbeatable view. Perfect location, I suggest unless you're a hiker, you'll need a car. Lenno ferry port 5 minutes, supermarket 7 minutes and so much more. Lenno just lovely, great market on Tuesday for clothes bags shoes and a real Italian atmosphere on the Lake's edge. Ferry boat to Bellagio, Como and Vareena so simple. We rented a self drive boat, in Lenno for 6, for 4 hours, just 150 Euros.....best day ever. Outstanding views and swimming in Lake Como. Villa nice, well equipped. The double room downstairs was not my favourite with a steep narrow spiral staircase and no natural light but it was cool and decorated attractively. Shared pool a real bonus and so quiet. Would have loved to give 5 stars but for a few points that could easily be resolved. The beds were not the most comfortable, maybe OK if you like your bed very firm. The pillows and duvets, stored in the wardrobes, had no covers which wasn't pleasant and not hygienic. The rubbish situation was a real downer for me. Como is immaculate and stunningly beautiful and for this there are strict rubbish regulations. That's good. You had to recycle and put the rubbish out on set nights, no problem. However on check out we had to take all remaining rubbish, including smelly green food bags...
.everything......2 bin liners full. Our cars were already bursting with luggage and people and we could not believe that the £125 cleaning fee did not cover this. Checking out is a stressful day, packing and cleaning and I found being told we needed to remove all rubbish to get our 350 Euro deposit back a sad way to end a lovely holiday. 4 cleaners arrived to blitz the villa surely they could take the rubbish, especially as no bin bags, or which there were 3 different coloured bags, were available at the villa. This could easily be resolved. Julie and Barrie text' us with ideas of what to do to make the most of the holiday which was invaluable meaning we saw lots and always on the best days. What would really help is a little map pointing out to you all the important locations, like supermarkets, ferry port, skips for rubbish, that way we'd know exactly were to take the rubbish and where to get the ferry, boat hire etc. Julie also at the end of the phone for any advice/issues. Will you have a lovely holiday? Yes. Will the view blow you away? Yes. Would I return....not sure you'll beat the view but the rubbish was no way to end a lovely holiday.

Great views from a comfortable apartmentt.

A steepish climb but worth it for the great views of Lake Como. Excellent and well-maintained pool. Difficult curving staircase to the bottom bedroom. Plenty of good local restaurants a 15 minute walk away.

Lovely views - tough walking

The apartment is beautifully appointed, with breathtaking views of Lake Como. All mod cons are provided (including undercroft garaging), with the exception of a log-burner that appears to be for show only! Given we had a couple of cool evenings it would have been pleasant to be able to light it. The apartment complex is up on the hill in Mezzegra (claim to fame is that it is the village where Mussolini was executed in 1945 - the place is 400 yards away and marked with a cross!) and the walk from the main centre is a tough one on the way up. Eating in the evening and then walking back is not for the very young and old. A hire car is recommended. Whilst we enjoyed our stay, we would be unlikely to stay again. A hotel on the Lake would appear to be the better option as you have easier access to amenities and dining. Small gripe. The rubbish separation and collection is like a task on the Krypton Factor - with various types collected on different days. The owner/s of the Villa state that if any rubbish is left you will be charged 30 Euros. Given that they charge 125 Euros for cleaning (no small amount!), rubbish removal should really be included in that charge. When I stay at an hotel and leave rubbish in a bin, I'm not charged extra!

Best thing about the apartment is the view!

We stayed here recently with our teenage daughter and her friend. This apartment is in a lovely elevated position with fantastic views of the lake. It is in a quiet area and furnished nicely inside and was very clean. Lenno is a small village with some nice restaurants. In my opinion however it is not a practical walking distance to Lenno or Mezzegra...I took a walk one day and it took 10 minutes to get to Lenno which was great, however walking back up was another matter. It took a good 15-20 minutes and is a really steep and gruelling climb back up the hill. Not a walk you would want to do late in the evening after having eaten at a restaurant. It did feel like I was hiking up a mountain. There is a dedicated parking space in the garage below the apartment which is great but be aware you cannot get a large car in the space. We hired a Fiat 500 Large Model ( size of a VW Golf) and it just fitted. The third bedroom on the lower ground is spacious but has no windows or views and is accessed via a narrow spiral staircase so it was difficult for our daughter and her friend to get their suitcases down into the bedroom. There was also a power cut whilst we were there and we did not have the correct keys for the cupboard that housed the switches and my husband had to find another apartment owner to get access. Apparently using more than one appliance at the same time (kettle and hair straighteners or washing machine and dishwasher) had caused the electricity to trip which is rather impractical. Had it not been for these minor issues I would have given 5 stars.

This was a wonderful place to stay- would highly recommend it.

The property was lovely with fabulous views. The property suited us well was it has three double bedrooms- the first floor sharing a very good bathroom and the ground floor having an amazing suite. The views were unbelievable.
